MENTHOL

Menthol is also known as  Sat Pudina , Peppermint crystals , Asman Tara or Jhavar pudina.
Menthol is an organic compound obtained from peppermint or mint oils in crystal form.
It is clear and white  , good at room temperature.
It has cooling effect there fore it is used in skin powders.

  1. I recently had one crystal of asman tara, it was very soothing. I suddenly felt cooling effect filling up my breath. It was really nice. I've also heard it prevents cold and cough. Thanks for this article to introduce me to the purest form of mint.
