ARITHA ... SOAP NUTS

ARITHA are fruits of soap nut tree.
ARITHA are commonly used in India for washing hair.
ARITHA are nuts, which produce foam,so ARITHA are also known as soap nuts.
Aritha being ayurvdic/herbal fruit,Therefore natural way to be used in replacement of bathing soap.
ARITHA are used for hair growth.
ARITHA are used in many ayurvedic products.
ARITHA are also known as Sapindus mukorossi and also known as Reetha.

How to use...
Take a sufficient quantity of ARITHA ,
Put the same in suacepan or in Kadai, add two glasses of water.
Boil the same till it reduces about half water, keep aside till cools to room temperature.
Now,mash the nuts,apply on head for about 5 to 10 minutes.wash with normal water.
ARITHA powder also available in ayurvedic stores,powder can be used in same way.
ARITHA are good and natural way for long hair, silky and shining hair and also good for dandruff.
And nourishing for hair routes, so good as hair fall control.

Note...Use as per suggestions of your doctor or an ayurvedic practitioner                 
(This type of ARITHA water, can also be used to clean old Ornaments  with help of a brush.)
