Gokhru sseds.....English name...small caltrops,Sanskrit...Gokshra, Sindhi...Gokhru or Bakhiro, Gujrati...Mitha gokhru, Kannada... Negilmullu or  Negalu,  Malayalam.... Nerungil , Oriya...Gakhura or Gokhra, Hindi...Chota gokhru, Telugu....Chirupalleru, Marathi...sarata or sharatta, Punjabi...Bakhra or Lotak and its Botanical name is Tribulus terrestis
Gokhru seeds are........Diuretic and dissolves calculi / Kidney stones. 
How to use it......
Gokhru seeds....about 10 to 12 seeds and 10 grms of Dhania (coriander)  seeds...
Soak it in a glass of water...
Put 10 grms of Khada Shakar...
Soak it for 4 to 5 hrs....
Drain....
Drink this water for 15 to 20 days as per size and no. of kidney stones (under the guidance of expert ayurvedic medical practioner)
Please avoid it for use during Pregnancy and Breast feeding
